Crafted by Blackbird Interactive, a studio founded by veterans of Homeworld and Company of Heroes, Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak takes players to the deserts of Kharak where danger lurks over every dune. The forestry commission planted grass atop of the sand dunes of Camber in an attempt to stop the shifting sands over the years. Mac OS X 10.4, Mac OS X 10.5. I thought 'Shifting Sands' was a good candidate for a night time version. Most of my night versions are more about the sky than the ground, but I here I wanted the muted light of a newly risen Moon to highlight the curves and waves of the sand dunes (some in silhouette).
